Uhm~ Baked a simple cake for my Lao Po Chai 2 nights ago = D

Why not baked her a cake, since she adores it so much ^__^

Ever since after my exams i spend 3 days in YiLing's Place with my Lao Po. Helping her since her exams are still on.

All i did was just cooked 2 dinners and a breakfast for her, got work on sunday, so it did not come with lunch! =P

My Aunt is currently visiting Melbourne!! and she specially requested me to bake a cake during one evening dinner~
Since all my cousins, never actually tried my baking!
I baked my 2nd mud cake! the 1st one wasnt really a success!!! where the top is tooo tough. this new one is awsommeeee~

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Gurls, Old and YOungm Rich and Poor, Short and Tall, North and South .......... its going no where =.=

2 days ago, there was a VIP night, in Chadstone! AGAIN! niceee i bought a pretty awsome jacket! =D but its M, i was looking for a S, the lady told me i could change it in one of their other outlet in the city. 

The next day, Seing Wan, agreed to follow me to the city to change my jacket! =D 

I was unable to change the jacket, got no stock =.= but its alright~ I will just have a bigger jacket thats all. 

Later on, me and Seing Wan head down to Mekong for Vietnamese, and give Melb U a visit, stayed there and study for about 6 hours!!
I manage to study well!! hehe, 

We left Melb U at 7 and headed down to Lygon for dinner. Had fun! and got some Ice-cream @ Fredo's

After that, went to Laguna to get some Asian grocery and head home after that.

Reach home about 10pm

Satisfied!! =P in a way i had a great time! great day, and also great company! eheheh

Yesterday, 11 of us went down to the city for a sweeettttttt dinner! got some booze n head straight to Eugene's place for a house warming! & i just woke up! haha =D

the 11 of us consist of Pei Wen, Yi Ling, Seing Wan, Cheryl, Ming Kim, Greco, Marcus, Ming, Sea Win, Me and Eugene himself! Mr Eugene got a new place in the City! and its a great place, its a studio apartment for 1 person, and 11 of all try SQUEEEEEEEZZIIIINGGG IN, it got comfy! =P

we finish dinner, ice-cream and camhoring session in fredo at around 11. n crash at his place! had fun! we played games, chit chated, jokes, scary stories~ =.= and again, alot of photo taking sessions! more pictures later after i get it from Yiling.

All i can say is, we alll had fun! alots of fun! and i will upload da picture once i get my hands on them. lol!

Today is Sher's bday! FYI Sher is my sweet lil cousin sis! 
My sis, Zoe n I got her a piano music book for her present and we had dinner at Ying Thai on Lygon.
The food is great! we had fun, we chit chat all around and head to Mei Sze's place after dinner for a CAKE cutting session and also for her Famous yummy MASALAH TEA (wonder did i spell that right)

BAKING HISTORY!

For the past 1 year and 4 months i've been in Melbourne, i got a little bit of cooking interest! and baking!
Well, last year was my sister's 21st bday, i wanted to do something nice and meaningful to her.
Since EVERYONE is giving jewelrys n those common stuff, all I got her was a SET of pencil case! 
Thats not it, there are still moreee!!
i got her 21 roses and i also baked her a CAKE for the 1st time! ooooo = )

Well last nite i baked another 1! for a friend! 2nd timeeee and IT looks like a success but how does it taste like its still a mistery!
the cake was out to Siew Lynn whos Bday is on the 12th of April.

Is the most SINFULL cake i ever baked! =S
Its a choc sponge cake filled with MARS bar in n out! with Caramel fillings inside and choc spread too. 
Outside is also covered with MARS bar o.O and Icing sugar and home made caramel drippings around it!

Wanted to try something different and this is what i got.

2 days ago, there is a really really strong wind that hits Monash! 
with the wind speed of  150km/h, it damages so many equipments in Uni, most of the building in the uni were dead.
Every building suffer power loss except K n H building. = S 
Classes got canceled, first time in my entire life i experince such strong winds.
Everybody in uni was having sooo much trouble walking! The wind literaly push you left and right, front and back! 

LOL

The entire city of Glen Eira is pitch black! well, not entirely, but most of it. My place just got back power at 12. 
Zoe, Faith and Fang came over to stay. chit chat. till the power came back, then Zoe n Faith left.

neways, most of the places here are back to normal, certain areas are still experiencing power failure tho.. = ) 

The weekends are here! wut to do wut to do? study?? T__T

Yes, Yes Yes!! ehhe I have been working my arse off since thurdays! till this morining 4 am! Doing 2 Assignments! 
i got an International Biz Assignment that require 2000 words! o.O and Marketting Research Methods proposal methods! =.= my first assignment that needs to be done in power point! I am sooo glad its over! 
Now can chillllll abit~ = P

Finally i got my chance to cook chicken rice!! 4 of us today! cousin bro (Nick) , Nicholas and his Gal and I! 
Started cooking at like 6, done by 7! the soup is great! the chicken is "ooooooo niceee~" the rice is magnificient! its abit hard tho, mainly bcoz i mixed it with brown rice~ hehe but its really nice!! with the magic of oyster sauce! = )

Lol, no pictures taken! coz every1 was soo hungry! i myself have 3 servings! I still misss mum's chicken rice! still the best!! my SIFU! mwah!

neways thats for today, Will be cycling with Nicholas tmr! targeting Clifton Hill, still don't know the way there yet! but we will find a way! for sure! = ) wish me all the best!
